PawPrint Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

By booking a service with PawPrint, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Scope & Time Limits

PawPrint operates on a time-based cleaning model determined by the size of your home (studio, 1-bedroom, etc.).

We focus on completing as much as possible within the allocated service time.
We do not guarantee completion of all tasks if additional time is required.

Any areas or tasks not completed within the scheduled time:

  • Will not be finished after the allotted time

  • Will require additional booking if further cleaning is requested

2. Customer Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the home

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

  • Secure any aggressive or unsafe pets

If conditions prevent us from performing the service safely or effectively, PawPrint reserves the right to modify or cancel the service.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 1 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee

4. Lockout Policy

Clients must ensure access to the home at the scheduled time.

If we arrive and are unable to enter the property due to:

  • No response

  • Incorrect entry information

  • Locked access

A $50 lockout fee will be charged.

5. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

PawPrint strives to deliver high-quality, detailed cleaning services.

If you are not satisfied:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of your service

  • All concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Re-cleans or refunds are not automatically provided and may be offered at our discretion depending on the situation. We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue.

6. Pet Care Add-On (PawPrint Package)

If pet services (such as dog walking or treats) are included:

  • These services are performed at the client’s request and discretion

  • PawPrint is not responsible for pre-existing pet conditions or behaviors

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after service completion, depending on the booking method.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Cancellation of future services

  • Additional fees or collection actions

8. Liability Limitations

While we take care in performing all services, PawPrint is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable

Clients are encouraged to notify us of any sensitive items before service.

9. Right to Refuse Service

PawPrint reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • Expectations are unreasonable

  • Terms are not followed

10. Agreement

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
