Refund Policy

At PawPrint, we take pride in delivering a high-quality, detail-focused cleaning experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to report any concerns. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Please note that re-cleans and refunds are not automatically provided. If a concern is raised, we may offer a re-clean of specific areas or another form of resolution at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. We may request photos or additional details to properly assess the situation.

Because cleaning is a subjective service and conditions can vary from home to home, PawPrint reserves the right to determine what constitutes a valid claim. Our goal is always to be fair, reasonable, and to maintain the high standards our clients expect, while ensuring a consistent and professional experience for every service.
